There will be a movement session to help everyone stretch and relax, a yoga session for stress relief, opportunity to speak with our nutritionist about ways to improve your diet, and time to ask our team any questions you may have.
Come and meet myself and the rest of our team of health and wellbeing practitioners, and gain some practical knowledge about how to cope with stress in your day to day life.
